How do I get access?
Access is arranged by your inspection team. Ask them for an invitation and use the email they have on your client record. If you already have an invitation, set up your password or sign in.
When will my report appear?
Your report appears in Approved reports after your inspection team has completed its review and released it. Contact your team through the portal if you need an update.
Can I use GenView from my phone?
